Microwave Recipe: Paneer (Cheese) Makhani: A delicious Indian vegetarian curry.

- Paneer (Cheese) cubes - 300 gm
- Large tomatoes - 500 gm chopped
- Butter( Makhan)/Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- illaichi (Green Cardamoms seeds) - 2 nos.
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Kasoori methi (Fenugreek leaves) - 2 tsp
- Cashewnuts - 4 tbsp soaked in water and ground to a paste
- Cream - 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Take a deep microwave safe dish, Put tomatoes and ginger with 1/2 cup water and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Blend tomato and ginger in a mixer and make puree.
- Microwave butter/ ghee and oil for 2 minutes and add cardamom powder. Mix it. Add sugar, salt, chilli powder, and garam masala and mix well. Mix tomato ketchup and puree and microwave for 8 minutes. Stir once in between.
- Add cashewnuts paste and fenugreek leaves with 1/2 cup water and mix it well. Microwave for 3 minutes.
- Mix cheese (Paneer) cubes. Add milk to make a thick gravy. Mix it properly and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Add cream and sprinkle fenugreek leaves and its ready to serve. Serve Hot.
