Microwave Recipe: Grilled Fish
Grilled fish is a low calorie dish. It becomes very tasty when grilled. So here is the recipe:
Ingredients you need:
Whole fish 500 gm
Onion paste 3 tbsp
Chilli paste tbsp
Ginger/ Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Edible red colour 1 pinch
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
First wash and clean the fish properly and make deep cuts on both sides.
Mix all the ingredients (except oil) and apply this mixture on both side of fish.
Keep it in refrigerator to marinate for at least an hour.
Place the marinated fish in a microwave safe shallow dish and microwave it at 60% power for 5-6 minutes.
Now brush oil on both side of fish an put it on Grill rack. Grill the fish for about 10-15 minutes. Turn in between until it becomes golden brown on both sides.
Serve it with chutney and salad. Enjoy :-)
