Microwave Recipe: Dry Chicken Chilli - A non vegetarian dish

- Chicken - 350gm cut into pieces,
- Ginger- 1/2" piece finely chopped,
- Onion - 1/2 cut into pieces,
- Garlic - 2-3 flakes finely chopped,
- Green Chillies - 4-5, split lengthways,
- Ajinimoto - 1/2 tsp,
- Capsicum - 1 pc. cut into strips
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp,
- White wine - 2 tsp ( Optional),
- Cornflour - 1-1/2 tbsp, mixed with 1/2 cup water,
- Sugar - 1 tsp,
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp,
- Take a microwave safe dish, Add 3 tbsp oil, onion, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, ajinomoto,and chicken pieces. Mix. Microwave covered for 5 minutes.
- Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix it well. Microwave uncovered for 3 minutes. Mix when done and serve hot.
