Microwave Recipe: Dry Chicken Chilli

Microwave Recipe: Dry Chicken Chilli - A non vegetarian dish

Ingredients:
  • Chicken - 350gm cut into pieces,
  • Ginger- 1/2" piece finely chopped,
  • Onion - 1/2 cut into pieces,
  • Garlic - 2-3 flakes finely chopped,
  • Green Chillies - 4-5, split lengthways,
  • Ajinimoto - 1/2 tsp,
  • Capsicum - 1 pc. cut into strips
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp,
  • White wine - 2 tsp ( Optional),
  • Cornflour - 1-1/2 tbsp, mixed with 1/2 cup water,
  • Sugar - 1 tsp,
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tbsp,
Method:
  • Take a microwave safe dish, Add 3 tbsp oil, onion, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, ajinomoto,and chicken pieces. Mix. Microwave covered for 5 minutes.
  • Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix it well. Microwave uncovered for 3 minutes. Mix when done and serve hot.
