Microwave Recipe: Indian Curry- Palak Paneer

The combination of Palak (Spinach) and Paneer (cheese) makes a delicious curry. Palak is a seasonal item and easily available. The combination of palak and paneer makes it healthier and tastier curry. Here is the recipe to prepare in microwave: Ingredients: Paneer (cheese) 250 gm cut into cubes Palak (Spinach) 700 gm Oil 2 tbsp Cumin seed(jeera) 1 tsp Garlic 5 flakes Ginger 1/2 " piece Onions 2 nos. chopped Green chilli 1 chopped Coriander (Dhania) powder 2 tsp Garam Masala 1/2 tsp Tomatoes 2 nos. chopped Fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) 2 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Sugar 1/4 tsp Milk 1/4 cup Salt - to taste Preparation Method: Take deep microwave safe bowl and put oil, onions, ginger, garlic, cumins seeds, green chillies, dhania powder and garam masala. Here is a delicious south Indian style crispy snacks recipe: Ingredients: Bread Slices - 1 Semolina (Suji) - 2 tbsp Potato - 1 no. Onion - 1/2 finely chopped Tomato - 1/2 , (without seeds) finely chopped Curry Leaves - 2 tbsp, chopped Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper - To taste Method of preparation: Wash potatoes and put them in a plastic bag and microwave it for 3 minutes. After that peel them and mash properly. Mix onion, tomato, salt and pepper, curry leaves with mashed potatoes. Add semolina (suji) and mix lightly. Now spread the potato mixture to the bread slices, keep the edges clean. Spread some mustard seeds over the potato mixture and press them lightly. Now put the bread slices in microwave on combi mode (convection + grill) for 15 minutes or till the bottom of bread slices gets brown and crispy. It has been found that people who want to stay slim should take at least 8 hours of sleep.
