Interesting uses of Microwave

Microwave Recipe: Sweet & Sour Sauce

Ingredients: 1 can pineapple chunks with liquid 1 1/2 tsp cornflour 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp soya sauce 1/2 green pepper (finely chopped) Method: 1. Separate the pineapple chunks and juice from the can. Collect the juice in a mall microwave safe bowl. 2. Add cornflour, brown sugar, vinegar and soya sauce to it. Mix it and microwave on 80% power for 3-4 min. Stir in between. 3. Add chopped green pepper and pineapple chunks and again microwave at 80% power for another 3-4 min. Stir in between. 4. Do You know how orkut was formed? there is a true story behind it.... A guy lost his girlfriend in a train accident.... but the gal's name nowhere appeared in the dead list. This guygrew up n became IT technical architect in his late 20's, achievement in itself!!.
