Miss Universe 2008 crown goes to miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza

Miss universe 2008 result is out. Miss Venezuela Dayana Mendoza has been crowned as Miss Universe 2008. The gala function was held at Vietnam's resort city of Nha Trang on monday. The 57th winner of the title, 22 year old brunette was crowned by last year Miss universe Riyo Mori of Japan. Dayana Mendoza is a model and interior design student. The first runner up was 20 year old miss Columbia Taliana Vargas. This year out of top five finalist four belonged to Latin America.

Around $ 20 million was spent by Communist led Vietnam for the finals of Miss Universe 2008 including $7 million in new resort.

Microwave Recipe: Grilled Fish Grilled fish is a low calorie dish. It becomes very tasty when grilled. So here is the recipe: Ingredients you need: Whole fish 500 gm Onion paste 3 tbsp Chilli paste tbsp Ginger/ Garlic paste 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Edible red colour 1 pinch Oil 1 tbsp Salt and pepper to taste Method: First wash and clean the fish properly and make deep cuts on both sides.
