Gmail users can now log off remotely

Google's web base free email service has introduced a new security feature. If one has forgotten to log off then with the help of Google's new feature he can check and log off from anywhere in the world.

Web based email can be used from anywhere, office, home, cyber cafe or elsewhere but what if you forget to log off. If you forgot to log off then anyone else can access your emails and can even know your other passwords which are provided through emails.

Google's new service will now let you know if you are still logged from elsewhere and letting you to log off remotely. But to know about your other active sessions you will have to check the notification at the bottom of gmail.

This feature will be helpful for those who usually forget to log off. This is definitely a cool offer which brings an extra level of comfort.
